Do you supply the paint?
Yes. All paint is supplied by Copper Valley Painting. We use only premium products from Sherwin-Williams and Dunn-Edwards.

Are repairs included?
Yes. Repairs such as stucco patches, wood replacement, or patio ceiling drywall are included as part of our preparation process.

Do you offer color consultations?
Yes. Copper Valley Painting provides in-home consultations with a professional color advisor. This service is only available to Copper Valley Painting customers. The process includes:

  1. Share photos: Take a few photos of your home or project area (direct sunlight preferred).

  2. Meet with a color expert: Schedule a consultation with our professional color advisor.

  3. See digital renderings: Preview how different colors will look on your home with side-by-side renderings.

  4. Test with samples: Receive up to four complimentary 8oz samples to try colors in person before making your final choice.

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes. Copper Valley Painting is fully licensed, bonded, and insured, providing homeowners with complete peace of mind. Learn more about us.

Is there a warranty on the work?
Yes. We apply two coats of premium paint—Dunn-Edwards Evershield or Sherwin-Williams Super Paint Gold Label—both backed by a standard limited lifetime warranty.

How long does a typical project take?
Most residential exterior painting projects are completed in 3–7 days, depending on the home’s size and scope of repairs. Larger or more detailed projects may take longer; timelines are confirmed before work begins.

When is payment due?
Final payment is collected only after the walkthrough is complete and the project is finished to your satisfaction.

Who will I work with during the project?
Every project is personally overseen by Hugh Ford, third-generation owner of Copper Valley Painting. Clients deal directly with him, not with sales reps or middlemen.
