Our Painting Process
Step 1: Estimate
We schedule an in-person appointment to provide a comprehensive estimate, answer your questions, and review the details of the project.
Step 2: Proposal
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll finalize the agreement by signing the proposal.
Step 3: Scheduling
We’ll contact you to schedule the project in advance at a time that works for both homeowner and contractor.
Step 4: Colors & Approvals
We’ll assist with selecting paint colors and guide you through the HOA house color approval process if needed.
Step 5: Preparation Day
On the scheduled start date, our crew will arrive on time, introduce themselves, and begin work. We’ll help move furniture, pull back rock and vegetation, and cover all non-painted surfaces with protective plastic.
Step 6: Power Washing
We perform a thorough power wash to clean the home and remove all loose debris.
Step 7: Repairs
Minor repairs are completed as needed, including exterior stucco, wood, drywall patio ceilings, and any other surfaces requiring attention.
Step 8: Caulking & Priming
We apply caulking, primers, and sealant to stem walls to ensure a solid foundation for painting.
Step 9: Painting
Two coats of premium paint are applied—either Dunn-Edwards Evershield or Sherwin-Williams Super Paint Gold Label, both with a standard limited lifetime warranty.
Step 10: Final Walkthrough
We complete a detailed walkthrough with the homeowner, leave behind touch-up paint, and collect final payment.
